Hurray I did it!
I did it! I got down into my healthy weight range and am now on maintenance for the next six weeks. After that, I'll have a lifetime membership to WW and be able to move forward with my fitness goals!
Also, the four of us are doing a 5k "Santa Shuffle" this weekend for the Salvation Army here in Fredericton. Steve has a Santa hat, Leila and I have elf hats and Alena has reindeer antlers to wear. I'll take a pic and post it. We're putting the girls in a double stroller and all doing the run together, hopefully under 30 minutes. :) I'll post my Christmas card pics soon, and next week I am going to start tackling Christmas baking and stocking up the freezer.
