Looming Run
We are headed to my parent's house for our Christmas visit this weekend, and I today I made cranberry and almond biscotti dipped in dark chocolate. They look (and the crumbs taste) great! I'm so happy with myself! I love trying new (easy!) recipes and having them turn out. :)
Tomorrow is cleaning and packing, since Friday morning will be spent running and therefor Friday afternoon will be spent in the shower and on the couch, possibly the floor. Heaven bless a daycare day on a day when I'm running 14 kms! This run feels like it's been looming over my head all week, and while I'll be glad to have it done, I think within a few days, the next one will start looming, too.
