Sunny Saturday
After my vent the other day and a couple cries, the sun came out (literally and figuratively). I woke feeling happy again, sang as I made coffee and had a good work out. The thing about my sad moods, they never last for long.
Other than that, after lamenting earlier in the week about gaining weight, I eliminated my evening snacks, and while I have not been on the scale again (I only weigh myself once a week), I definitely feel better, which is more important than any number, anyway.
We are headed to the beach later today, and the Family Day on Base that has their very own petting zoo. So hurray for sunny Saturdays, and now you get to enjoy some pictures of my girl, 13 months old today.
